Nokia launches budget Mobile Phones Nokia 100 and Nokia 101

Finnish phone maker Nokia announced the launch of two budget range mobile phones Nokia 101 and Nokia 100. Both the models run on Series 30 operating system. Nokia 101 is a Dual-SIM mobile phone comes with an Mp3 player. Other things remain same with both the models.


Nokia 101/100 can support up to five separate address books and maintains personalization details for up to five different SIM cards. The device designed with a small screen which displays the icons in grid format. Nokia 101 comes with an external memory slot which allows the user to add up to 16GB MicroSD card. However, the device doesn't meant for a versatile profile.

Both, Nokia 100 and Nokia 101 comes with an FM Radio and Flash light. The device offers the Nokia Life Tools which keeps the user updated with market information, weather forecasts, health advice, language tuition and entertainment news to an on-board app using specially created SMS messages.


Nokia 100 and Nokia 101 will be made available in select markets starting from this Quarter. Nokia 101 will costs around €25 and Nokia 100 is estimated to be priced around €20.
